INSURANCE-RELATED ESTATE AND BUSINESS PLANNING

Many professionals offer a wide array of products or services to help their clients. Many of their plans involve, or should involve, insurance of some kind. Yet many of these professionals (attorneys, CPAs, and even insurance agents themselves) don't know the best way to use a product, or worse, don't know the dangers associated with their use.

Here's where I come in.

I specialize in identifying insurance needs or opportunities and solving related planning issues: who should own the policy; who should pay for it, and what methods are available for the payment; what to do with policies when client circumstances change; the income, gift, and estate consequences to all of the parties, whether business or individual.

Insurance can be the serum that inoculates a family or business against financial disaster or a venomous snake that poisons a well-meant plan. Advanced insurance planning is not a domed botanical garden: it is a jungle teaming with camouflaged crawling beasts. Every insurance related plan is a safari through that jungle. Don't try to do what I do "at home", unless you have the 25 years of knowledge, experience, and expertise that I have gained in uncovering these creatures in their natural habitat.

Let me be your guide. I'll keep you safe. You'll keep your clients safe. And you'll both be glad that I'm along!
